Ron Sheldon has held leadership positions in sales and business development for major manufacturers of specialized motor vehicles for more than twenty years. He has worked extensively in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Caribbean and Latin America where he has created growth with joint ventures, original equipment manufacturers, and through development of worldwide distribution networks. Sheldon oversees the LE expansion globally, focusing on growth in the electric/hybrid electric vehicle, power generation and industrial application markets.
Kim Woelffer, joining LE in 2011, is an OEM industry professional with thirty years of sales and sales management successes. He has held sales leadership posts with companies specializing in the life sciences, water, power, oil and gas, environmental automotive and aerospace industries with extensive experience in sub-fractional to 44,000 HP AC/DC motors, temperature, single loop, panel, pressure and power controllers, as well as fluid dynamics and air movement technologies.
As Regional Sales Director for North America, Kim manages the LE growth, selling to electric automakers, large scale commercial and industrial machine manufacturers and defense support industries.
