From prototyping to mass production, LE supports the broad supply requirements of its customers/licensees with production flexibility on-location and by sourcing overseas.

LE’s state-of-the-art production facility at its headquarters boasts the latest manufacturing and test equipment.  Working hand-in-hand with LE’s advanced machine design team, LE’s skilled manufacturing team provides customers with custom tooling, prototyping and dynamometer testing for LE designed motors and generators.

For full production requirements, LE has established a manufacturing partnership with Dongsheng Motor Manufactory (DS Motor).  Managed by LE's China-based operations, which includes executive leadership and full engineering staffing, DS provides LE manufacturing flexibility and cost effectiveness for LE’s customers.  DS Motor, located in Shenzhen, China, is a ISO 9001 certified motor manufactory with over 50,000 square meters and 2,000 employees. 

DS Motor has been a major manufactory of electric rotating machines since 1997, and its staff has received detailed training on the manufacture and assembly of LE’s advanced electric motors and generators.  By leveraging the scale and availability of DS Motor’s facility and staff, LE can quickly meet the needs of any customer’s supply requirements, all at a cost competitive to traditional electric rotating machines.
